Each team now has a reserve/youth team. Reserve teams will play each week the same as your main squad. 
Your reserve team will have a min of 16 youngsters aged 14-21. 
Every reserve team in EliteFootballLeague.co.uk will play 4-4-2 N every week, unless you choose to manage them, then you can line them up how you wish 
The 1st 11 each game will be the best rated 11 in a 4-4-2 Formation/ depending on fitness/injuries/suspensions
 
once per week you can make up to six moves between your main squad and your reserve squad 
You can move up to six players from your main squad that dont seem to be getting a game and put them into your reserve squad. You can then move them back if you see they are getting better. 
You can also move up to six reserve players into your main squad if you think they deserve a chance. 
if you dicide to do this you will then have to name this youth player. 
 
Remember Up To six moves only per game week.

No players over the age of 21 can play in your youth team
No players over the skill level of 19 can play in your youth team, except keepers who can play untill skill 23
